What to expect at your first spicy or boudoir photoshoot in Brisbane

White lace draped over a black leather armchair under a soft spotlight, ready for a first boudoir shoot in Brisbane

A calm walkthrough of your first spicy photographer Brisbane or boudoir photoshoot: arrival, direction, privacy, and how the day feels.

Most people who message me say the same thing first: I am excited, and I am nervous. That mix is healthy.

This guide walks through a typical first time boudoir shoot Brisbane clients book with Blair Dunant. Intimate photoshoot Brisbane and spicy photoshoot Brisbane briefs follow the same calm shape.

Before you book

A short consult matters more than a glossy price graphic. Know the vibe, timing, privacy, and inclusions. Ask: Will anyone else be there? Do I have to be nude? Can I stop? How public will anything be? Our FAQ covers the same ground. Prefer WhatsApp for a private first note.

The day of

Wear loose clothes. Pack three to five looks. A robe helps between sets. Arrive camera ready with your own hair and makeup. Blair Dunant does not provide makeup. You book the venue. We settle, review outfits, then shoot with clear posing help.

Hair and makeup

I do not provide glam on set. You DIY or book your own artist and arrive camera ready. If you are up the coast, I recommend Melissa Christie Makeup, a makeup artist in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.

During the shoot

I slow things down and talk you through each pose. You can pause, skip a look, or stop. Privacy is planned with angles, timing, and cover ups.

After

You review proofs. You choose which images to edit at A$20 each. Albums and prints are optional. See Investment for packages.
